OHThis is what it actually costs me to send one mail club letter internationally.
A few things to note:
- postage is so high because most months I’ve been paying for oversized letters rate.
- there is a minimum of 5 stickers (sheets, die cuts, and wax seal) each month
- I didn’t want to increase the cost for international members because I want encouragement to travel there too without extra costs on the recipient 🫶🏻
And this doesn’t even include things like time, packaging prep, replacements, or the moments where things don’t go as planned.
Running a mail club has been one of the most meaningful things I’ve created, but also one of the most eye-opening. There are so many small costs behind something that looks simple on the outside.
I’m still learning how to balance it all in a way that feels sustainable, while keeping the heart of it the same.
