JOExactly 12 months ago on a camping trip I ended up falling over and tearing both my triceps. My left tricep tendon dettached and I had to have it surgically attached. To say its been a rollercoaster is an under statement. I went from 146kg down to 121kg now and I'm definitely ready to start getting back into a comp soon. Huge thanks to everyone that was in my corner especially my fiance @chantelleee.k you were my rock through it all.
Huge thanks to @solidus_healthandstrength especially @jay_the_myo, @dleo_sol and Jo who did my early stages of rehab.
Also @zoran_jankovski @marcus_sawan and @jihad.the.strong.physio who helped me in my later stages with different issues.
My coach @cjpstrength who's been amazing, he kept me believing when I was ready to walk away from the sport.
@alexdekenpl who for the last 9 weeks or so helping me back benching pain free with better technique.
@bennylifts keeping my nutrition and bloods sound, also showing me different ways to be healthy and perform at my best.
FINALLY huge thanks to @strength.revolution I have just started his rehab protocol to get me to a stage where we can finally start pushing up some numbers.
