Sometimes the most powerful thing a clinician (or anyone) can do is listen, acknowledge, and guide them toward understanding and support.
Your feelings are real.
Your nervous system matters.

Because let’s be real… giving up control sounds good until you actually have to do it.
It’s scary not knowing what’s coming next.
It’s uncomfortable not being in control.
And sometimes you feel like you’re just along for the ride wondering what God is doing.
