Train legs 2 - 3 times a week + follow a progressive overload program. 1 glute/hamstring day, 1 quad focused day, 1 full lower body day to tie it all together. Keep it simple with compound lifts like squats, deadlifts + hip thrusts. 2. Fuel my workouts before + after. Protein + carbs post workout is non negotiable. This is how you recover, build muscle, and actually get that toned look 3. Track all your food so you know what’s actually going on. No guessing, no winging it. 4. Say no to hours of cardio + yes to walking. You don’t need endless cardio sessions,You need intentional lifting, daily movement + consistency. 5. Keep your reps in the 8 to 12 range + reach for heavier weights. This is where strength meets muscle building. If it’s not challenging, it’s not changing your body.
