This is the level. The 3 AM wake-ups, the snack negotiations, the endless energy requests… then showing up for me. Not comparing, just conquering my own lane. As a trainer and a mom, my perspective on fitness has completely changed. It’s not about the PRs (though those are nice 🏋🏻‍♀️). It’s about the mental fortitude built on 4 hours of sleep. Im Alltag, der immer weiterläuft. 🔄 Und irgendwann merkt man: Man stellt sich selbst immer öfter hinten an. Die eigenen Wünsche werden leiser. Die eigenen Träume kleiner. 💭 Die Angst, nochmal NEU anzufangen, ist groß. Zu alt. Zu spät. Zu unrealistisch. Aber etwas Neues zu lernen verändert viel. Man kommt sich selbst wieder näher. Man entdeckt, was einem wirklich Freude macht. Wofür man brennt. 🔥 Es ist nie zu spät, sich weiterzuentwickeln. Und es ist nie zu spät, etwas Neues zu lernen, sei es ein Job, eine neue Sportart, ein neues Musikinstrument oder etwas, das dir zeigt, wie viel noch in dir steckt. 🦋 Was würdest du lernen oder anfangen, wenn du keine Angst hättest? 💭✨

Try Gorilla rows 💪🏻🦍 way better exercise selection and position for *most* people imo Easier to get into, loads the hips and quads more naturally instead of your lower back, we also get a ton of core benefits without the strain on the back. Play with the placement of the bells, they can be a little farther out in front of you than I am demoing which will force you to lean forward and hinge more. I like a squatty hingy position, so the bells are closer to me. It’s a FEELING of control, solid range of motion, & strength individual to you and your anatomy. Am I saying you should NEVER do bent over rows? NO. Am I saying most people don’t do them right and hurt their lower backs? YES. Many exercise positions are challenging to get into while getting the benefits. That doesn’t mean you just don’t do the exercise, you find the best position/ variation / modification for YOU. I Coach thousands of people and the fitness levels vary drastically, gorilla rows seem to be a better option for a pull + core for *many* of my members.
