From dominating World Rally Championship dirt tracks to becoming an undeniable street legend, the Subaru WRX STI is an automotive icon.
The journey began with the lightweight, rally-bred GC chassis in the 1990s before the iconic GD designs finally brought the 300-horsepower monster to American shores.
Subaru later evolved the platform through the wider GR/GV hatchback and sedan eras, eventually maximizing the car’s handling precision with the VA generation.
