ANI love this above view from this interaction I had with two tiger sharks who kept pursuing me during a dive. The current was incredibly strong making dive conditions very challenging. You can see how quickly both myself and the shark drift as she comes back to me the second time and her head comes out of the water. Gonna miss these beauties as they phase out and we don’t see them more consistently until end of summer/ early fall🦈

The shark may have won this round but it paid a pretty price! Biting down on the turtle’s hard shell cost the tiger a tooth! Did you notice it fall out in the video?? If you look closely you should be able to see it drop.
Nicknamed “Gangster Turtle” this fearless hawksbill is famous for giving absolutely zero f*cks about being surrounded by feeding sharks 20 times its size 😂
Even after being reminded who’s boss by this huge female today, in true form Gangster Turtle was back feeding amongst the sharks just one hour later 😎

ANOne of the most insane shark diving videos I have ever seen. Such a horrible example to be sharing with people and having them expect this type of experience from a shark dive. This operator should not be allowed to run tours and be responsible for people’s lives. Every single thing that happened in this video is negligent and demonstrates a complete lack of any knowledge of shark behavior and basic safety precautions. PLEASE if you want to go shark diving do your research! Please choose operators that have been running for years and have many good reviews available for you to look at. I truly hope people see the complete operator error in this video and do not blame the shark. Shark diving and shark feeding are not the problem here, irresponsible and untrained guides are the problem. It is a miracle that everyone survived this encounter. And the idea that posting videos of people getting bit by a shark and saying she is being “playful” is also incredibly negligent and shows a complete lack of respect for these animals. I could pick apart this video for hours, so there are many other things I could have included but wanted to try and keep it reasonably short for you guys to watch and educate yourselves so you do not end up in this type of situation on a shark dive in the future.
