I’m giving this sh*t away for free. And people usually charge hundreds for this. Not because I’m a productivity guru. Not because I have my life perfectly together. But because I was drowning in fragmentation — and this is the system that fixed it. My notes were in Google Drive.Assignments on Canvas.Deadlines in Google Calendar.Ideas in random tabs I’d never open again. And then I’d blame myself for being “bad at time management.” What finally changed everything wasn’t grinding harder — it was building one system that holds everything. This is the exact Notion dashboard I used in high school and now at Brown to manage classes, internships, research, leadership, content, and side projects — without feeling constantly behind. Inside it:• a class hub with office hours + TA emails• a homework tracker that flags what’s due this week• searchable notes in one place• separate pages for every passion project If you’re a high school or college student trying to balance academics, extracurriculars, internships, student leadership, startups, or just your sanity… this is for you. Stop paying with burnout. Comment “TEMPLATE” and I’ll send you the entire setup for free.

How to stop worrying: if something bad is going to happen then you’re going to deal with it and pay the price when it happens, regardless of whether you worry about it happening or not. So why worry and pay the price…twice? One of my 2026 rules (no resolutions over here) is energy management > time management. Thoughts?

Naval Ravikant compares an optimal life to that of a lion. Most of the time is spent resting, recovering, and observing, while only a small percentage is devoted to intense, focused action. This pattern mirrors elite performers who alternate between deep work and deliberate recovery. Instead of constant busyness, they concentrate effort into short bursts where output and creativity peak. The principle is energy management, not time management. Sustainable success comes from preserving mental and physical capacity, then deploying it fully when the right opportunity appears. Follow @learnasentrepreneurs for more! Want a detailed routine? Comment “HI” — I’ll post it next. 1. Understand the Exam Completely •Syllabus (print it) •Exam pattern •Previous year papers (last 5–10 years) •Cut-off trends 2. Choose Limited Resources (Most Important) •Don’t use 10 books. •Rule:One subject = One main source + PYQs •Too many materials = confusion + no revision. 3. Make a Realistic Study Plan Daily targets: •Concept learning •Practice questions •Revision Previous year questions tell you: •Important topics •Question level •Repetition pattern 4. Focus on Weak Areas Early •Don’t avoid difficult subjects. •Weak → Average → Strong •That’s rank improvement. 5. Revision Cycle (Topper Strategy) Revise each topic: •1st revision → within 24 hours •2nd → within 7 days •3rd → within 1 month Simple Study Routine👇🏻 Morning (Fresh Mind — Hard Subjects) •2 hours → Concept study (main subject) •30 min → Practice questions Afternoon •1.5 hours → Second subject / easy topic •30 min → Revision of what you studied today Evening •1 hour → PYQs / MCQs practice •30 min → Weak areas or formula revision Night (Light Study) •30–45 min → Quick revision / notes reading Follow for more @elite_study__ study routine, competitive exam, exam preparation, student life, study tips, productivity, topper routine, daily routine, study motivation, discipline, consistency, focus, time management, exam strategy, success tips, study plan, academic comeback, student productivity, how to study, exam tips #studyroutine #studytips #exampreparation #competitiveexam #studentlife

HR smiling while I discover basic math 😭📉 CAPTION The modern corporate world promised growth, success, and stability — but it quietly normalized burnout, long work hours, and blurred boundaries between office life and personal life. The 9–5 rarely stays 9–5 anymore. It becomes late-night emails, weekend calls, constant notifications, and the pressure to always be “available.” In today’s hustle culture, productivity is praised, but rest is questioned. Ambition is celebrated, but burnout is ignored. Extended work hours, unrealistic deadlines, performance pressure, job insecurity, and comparison culture have turned careers into stress cycles for many professionals. Work-from-home blurred the line between workspace and safe space. Corporate employees often struggle with work-life balance, mental exhaustion, sleep deprivation, and reduced quality time with family and friends. Overworking has become a badge of honor, when in reality it often leads to anxiety, emotional fatigue, low energy, and long-term health consequences. The biggest myth? That constant hustle equals success. Sustainable success requires boundaries, time management, mental health awareness, and prioritizing well-being alongside career growth. Productivity improves with proper rest. Creativity thrives when stress is managed. Leadership improves when emotional intelligence is valued. A healthy career should not cost your physical health, relationships, or peace of mind. It’s time to normalize setting boundaries, logging off on time, taking breaks without guilt, using leave days, and protecting personal life. Corporate growth and personal growth should go together — not compete. Work is important, but so is sleep, exercise, family, hobbies, and mental stability. Balance is not laziness. It’s strategy. Save this if you relate to corporate burnout. Share it with someone navigating office stress. Comment below — do you think the modern corporate culture needs reform when it comes to work hours and employee well-being? 💼⏳✨ #corporatelife #careergrowth #career #usareels #fyp

I see firsthand how important it is for teenagers to have a sense of community and connection online. But I also see the concern parents have about the environments their teens are stepping into. #InstagramPartner We shouldn't have to choose one over the other. That’s why Instagram Teen Accounts matter. It automatically places teens in a protected experience. There are default built-in content settings, contact limits and time management tools. Plus, there are supervision tools for parents who prefer them. @instagram

I graduated at the top of my class, earning both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering simultaneously, with a concentration in neuroengineering… and it was the BEST thing I’ve ever done!! From data analysis to intensive research methods, my degrees taught me so many high value skills that were directly responsible for me building million dollar businesses by the age of 24. Not to mention the discipline, endurance, and time management skills I learned which are invaluable for entrepreneurs :) I understand college isn’t for everyone, but I just want to show it is possible to value both your education and business. I actually made my first million dollars while still in school! Regardless of how you view school, I’m here to help you in any way I can so follow for more!! 🧠🤝🏼 Inspo credits @alice_liuuu

Anyone else wishing they could clone themselves just to keep up with the nonstop pings, updates, and “quick questions”? 🙋‍♀️ ‌ Leadership ❌ should NOT ❌ feel like you’re carrying the entire department on your back. ‌ I remember being in a role where even after I’d delegated, everything still somehow landed with me. Every decision. Every check in. Every last detail. ‌ Here’s the truth most women leaders don’t get told: ‌ Your calendar isn’t full because you’re bad at time management. It’s full because everyone is still coming to you for everything. ‌ You’re running from meeting to meeting, but your strategic ideas keep getting sidelined. You’re holding the team together, but you’re not the voice people turn to first. ‌ You’re pulled into meetings you don’t need to be in. You’re reviewing work that shouldn’t need your eyes. And your big picture thinking keeps getting pushed to “later.” ‌ Over time, this leads to: ‌ 👉 Never quite finishing a thought 👉 Constantly reacting instead of leading forward 👉 A team that waits for you instead of stepping up ‌ And the hardest part? From the outside, it still looks like you’re “doing great.” ‌ If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This is one of the most common patterns I see with high performing women leaders. ‌ ✨ If this hit home, follow me. I share practical shifts to help women leaders reclaim their time, reset team accountability, and be seen as strategic voices, not just reliable executors. ‌ And tell me in the comments 👇 What’s the one thing your team still brings to you that they really shouldn’t? ‌ Let’s talk about it. ‌ #womenleaders #teamleadership #femaleleaders #corporatelife Remix credit to @elisemeyer

⬇️ These habits always backfire in college… Habit 1: Expecting hand-holding from professors You’re used to teachers checking in on you, sending reminder emails, and asking you to turn in assignments. College professors? They’ll mention something once in a 200-person lecture hall and expect you to remember it three weeks later. No one’s going to chase you down or ask why you missed class. You’re officially on your own, and that freedom can be terrifying if you’re not ready for it. Habit 2: Poor study habits Cramming the night before worked in high school because tests weren’t that deep. But college exams? They’re testing whether you actually understand concepts, not just if you can memorize facts for 12 hours. You can’t highlight everything in your textbook and call it studying anymore. Your brain needs time to actually process and connect information, not just shove it in temporarily. Habit 3: Unhealthy social choices College gives you the freedom to choose your people, but that also means you can choose poorly. Surrounding yourself with people who only want to party or who bring drama everywhere they go will drain your energy and distract you from why you’re actually there. Habit 4: Procrastinating You used to pull all-nighters and somehow make it work because high school assignments were pretty straightforward. College projects require lots of research and critical thinking. When you wait until the last minute, you’re not just risking a bad grade, you’re missing out on actually learning something valuable. Habit 5: Poor time management High school had structure — bells told you when to move, teachers told you what to do next, and your parents probably managed your schedule. College throws you into the deep end with huge gaps between classes and no one telling you how to spend your time. Without learning to manage those hours effectively, you’ll either burn out from overcommitting or waste entire days scrolling through your phone. 💬Comment “guide” and I’ll send you my full list of 27 high school habits that backfire in college!
