W sobotę był Światowy Dzień osób z zespołem Downa. Z roku na rok obchodzimy go coraz ciszej, bez fanfar czy wielkich uniesień. Patrzymy na naszą Maję i wiemy o co w tym dniu chodzi. Z roku na rok także coraz mniej ludzi włącza się do akcji. Nie łudzimy się też że znajdziemy więcej wsparcia jeśli chodzi o rodzinę i przyjaciół, Tak naprawdę to „obcy”, osoby spoza naszego najbliższego kręgu w przyszłości będą miały realny wpływ na to jak Maja będzie się czuła na tym świecie. I najgorsze jest to, że totalnie nie będziemy mieć na to wpływu… #zespoldowna #inclusionmatters #togetheragainstloneliness

💛特別記事💙 世界ダウン症の日2026 Together Against Loneliness 孤独に立ち向かうために、共に ひとりじゃないよ。 NIPTを受検しダウン症のあるお子さんを育てるお母さんの手記を公式サイトニュースに特別掲載しました ―第5回 日本ダウン症会議シンポジウムでの発表より ― ＜はじめに＞ 日本ダウン症協会（JDS）は、出生前検査を受けるかどうか、またその結果を受けてどのような選択をするかについて、特定の選択を推奨する立場ではありません。 それぞれのご家族が悩み、考え、出された決断を尊重することを大切にしています。 出生前検査をめぐっては、限られた時間の中で大きな迷いや不安を抱えながら、誰にも相談できないまま孤独の中で考え続ける状況に置かれることがあります。 同じ経験をした方の言葉や体験は、そのような状況にある方にとって、大きな支えや参考になることがあります。 2026年の世界ダウン症の日のテーマは Together Against Loneliness（孤独に立ち向かうために、共に）「ひとりじゃないよ。」 です。 今回ご紹介する手記は、非侵襲性出生前遺伝学的検査（NIPT）を受検し、その結果を受けて悩み、考え続けた経験を語ったものです。 そこには、出生前検査をめぐる迷いや孤独、情報を探し続けた時間、そして周囲の言葉や出会いの中で少しずつ考えを深めていく過程が率直に描かれています。 この手記は、第5回日本ダウン症会議・第7回日本ダウン症学会学術集会のシンポジウム「うまれる前からうまれた後へ ～出生前検査をめぐる支援・どんな子どもも安心して育てていける社会のために～」において発表されたものです。 このシンポジウムでは、医療関係者、経験者、支援者など、さまざ立場の人がそれぞれの視点から出生前検査について語り合い、どのような子どもも安心して育てていける社会について考える機会となりました。 当初、この発表は会場のみで共有される予定でしたが、参加された医療関係者や支援者、当事者の方々から 「多くの人に読んでほしい」「同じ立場で悩む方の参考になる」 という声が寄せられました。 その思いをお伝えしたところ、ご本人から 「継続を勧める意図ではなく、中断という選択をされた方の気持ちも尊重することを大切にしたい」 というお言葉をいただき、その意思を尊重する形でJDSのウェブサイトに掲載することとなりました。 出生前検査の結果を受けてどのような選択をするかは、それぞれのご家族が深く悩みながら決めていくものです。 JDSとしては、いずれの選択も推奨するものではありません。 しかし、実際に悩み、迷い、考え続けた経験を知ることは、同じ状況にある方にとって一つの支えになることがあります。 この手記が、同じような状況にある方にとって「ひとりではない」と感じられるきっかけの一つになればと願い、「100％の愛をこめて、私たちの誓い」Hちゃんママの手記を特別掲載いたします。 なお、出生前検査を受けたこと自体を周囲に伝えていない方も少なくありません。 そのため、今回の掲載ではお名前など個人が特定される情報は公表していません。 ※この手記には非常に繊細で個人的な内容が含まれているため、手記の無断転載は固くお断りいたします。 公式ページ　ニュースをご覧下さい　または　#手記　を検索ください。 🔗https://jdss.or.jp/news/20260318-news%E2%80%90memo/ #ダウン症 #21トリソミー #nipt #出生前検査
