For us, one of the best things we ever did was say goodbye to the gym and say hello to our fitness journey as a family. I’m not saying the gym is bad, and I’m not saying that you always need to workout as a family (or with your significant other). But what I am saying is that working out together has made my wife and I stronger as a couple and our family stronger as a unit. There have been so so many benefits, and that’s why we encourage families to do it together as much as possible. Let’s make our families strong y’all.
