The really nice thing about it is the accelerator, it doesn’t leave any white residue on PLA 3d prints! And if you are wondering where to get the stl file, check thingiverse or thangs. We’ll make only one statement about this bashing from @triplelrusticdesigns. We’ve had them as customers and we’re glad we don’t anymore. All they do is use products and take advantage of situation to bash other business that don’t « pay » them or « give » them products to promote on their social media. Best example is they are threatening to « show everyone » how bad our molds are. But in fact they use a competitor mold and spray « release agent » to get the epoxy out. While they didn’t probably spray our mold to give an equivalent comparable. They did even worst with @totalboat. They « clic bait » everyone into a title « epoxy fail » showing 3 brand, Ice Epoxy, @ollogginepoxy and Total Boat. They actually failed to make the right mix with Total Boat but still make them look bad with videos and pictures. So if you’re an epoxy woodworker, how do you feel about that, and people being dishonest by clic baiting people into fake videos simply to get more attention. Total Boat is a competitor and we feel like it’s totally dishonest the way they got treated after given them the products over all that. Carving the Toolstoday logo using the Amana Tool item no. 45624-K 60° Spektra™ coated v-bit from the Toolstoday Website! **What do you think of how this logo turned out? -- RPM: 18,000 Feed Rate: 40ipm Plunge Rate: 20ipm Depth of Cut: .21" -- This bit left a very clean cut that was filled with Total Boat 2:1 epoxy and some pure white Black Diamond Pigment. After the epoxy cured I flattened it off with the item no. RC-2255 2.5" Diameter 3 wing insert carbide flattening bit available from Toolstoday. -- RPM: 18,000 Feed Rate: 190ipm Plunge Rate: 80ipm -- I used a couple of pieces of blue painters tape to offset the touch off probe so it didn't potentially hit any new wood. Flattening this saves a lot of sanding as the epoxy is not easy to remove. After flattening 20 seconds of sanding with 220 grit and this tray is ready for finish!

I am so excited I got to bring a @realdealrevolution @totalboat resin class to the She Shed @semashow thanks to the incredible support from @dickies and the women of @thejessicombsfoundation and @girlganggarage !!!!!! Having gotten to work with the incredible team from Total Boat and their products over the years at Maker Events I knew the Moto & Auto audience would love to learn about this product and the numerous applications in their space! I spent the @realdealrevolution workshoppes teaching them the science behind epoxy, the applications they could explore and in the end everyone around the table got to make Jessi Combs inspired feather keychains using @totalboat 2 part High Performance Epoxy resin and @blackdiamondpigments_com ! The creations were incredible and the stories of where students will take the materials next were inspiring! Can’t wait until next year where we will have even more space for the incredible women of the She Shed to expand at @semashow so that the large amounts of onlookers can also jump in and get their gloves sticky with us! Huge thanks again to all the incredible support from the team @totalboat who got me ready for my first large solo workshoppes with guidance and materials, to @realdealrevolution for trusting in my vision and letting me run with it, to the inspiring women of the @semashow She Shed (@thejessicombsfoundation @girlganggarage @bogisgarage @designmuse ) for creating a space to share my skills with so many and to @dickies for helping keep the students sticky-free while exploring their new found medium!
