“Aerials” is a song by System of a Down, released in 2002 on their album Toxicity. The song explores themes of life, individuality, and how people lose themselves by following the crowd. It became one of the band’s most successful songs, reaching no.1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. The track features a distinct melodic and atmospheric style, showing a softer side of the band compared to their heavier songs. The music video for “Aerials” was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance in 2003. 🤘 #SystemOfADown #soad #aerials #numetal #SerjTankian

#rock #numetal #systemofadown #soad #toxicity #serjtankian #daronmalakian

This line speaks to a quiet and deeply human irony—the idea that the things we expect to harm us often don’t, while the things we trust, admire, or find beautiful can leave the deepest wounds. “Snakes” represent obvious dangers: betrayal, toxicity, enemies—things we guard ourselves against and learn to survive through experience and resilience. But the “butterfly” symbolizes something entirely different—gentleness, beauty, innocence, or even love. It is something we never prepare ourselves to be hurt by, something we allow close without fear. The tragedy lies in this contrast: surviving harshness only to be broken by softness. It reflects how the most painful heartbreaks don’t come from enemies, but from people or moments we cherished, where we let our guard down completely. In this way, the quote captures the vulnerability of trust—the realization that it is not always the darkness that destroys us, but sometimes the light we believed in the most.

Many people are told to manage symptoms instead of asking why the body is breaking down in the first place. Symptoms are not random. They are signals. When the body is overloaded with toxicity, the immune system cannot function properly. That is when pain, inflammation, fatigue, skin issues, mood changes, and chronic conditions begin to show up. Root causes are often missed because toxicity is rarely tested for. For thousands of years, healing systems have taught the same principle. Remove what does not belong and restore what the body needs. Detox is not extreme. It is foundational. Supporting the body gently and safely can change everything when done correctly. Waiting only allows imbalance to deepen. Comment ROOTCAUSE and follow. I will send the information on the easy to use, gentle detox and minerals. #holistichealth #wellnessjourney #naturalhealing #rootcause #healthylifestyle

disciplin**Let me be brutally honest.** Some people don’t change—they just *rebrand* their toxicity. They apologize, promise, then repeat. You’ll never outgrow them by forgiving; you’ll only outgrow them by walking away. The truth most ignore: **Character doesn’t evolve through second chances—it evolves through boundaries.** A snake sheds skin, but it’s still a snake. Don’t confuse renewal with redemption. Stop hoping they’ll change. Start protecting your peace. Your evolution starts with a single decision. Make today that day. Many people believe empathy is just about kindness, compassion, and “feeling” others. But this gift has a shadow side: the victim position. ——————— An “empath-victim” is someone who drowns in other people’s emotions. They “rescue” those who didn’t ask to be saved, tolerate toxicity because they “understand why the person is hurting,” and live in a state of constant exhaustion. Then comes the moment of transformation.🥂 Here is what it looks like in practice: 1. Responsibility Over Guilt Leaving the victim role means realizing: “I am not responsible for the emotions of other capable adults.” An empowered empath stops apologizing for their own happiness just because someone nearby is in a bad mood. 2. Boundaries as an Act of Love Before, saying “no” felt like a betrayal. Now, “no” is a tool for self-preservation. It’s the shift from “I have to” to “I choose to.” Setting boundaries ensures you have a resource left for those who truly matter. 3. The Emotional Filter The empath stops acting like a sponge, soaking up everything in the room. Instead, they become a mirror. They see the emotion, acknowledge it, but don’t let it into their heart. The mantra becomes: “I feel you, but I am not you.” 4. Retiring from the “Unpaid Therapist” Role Stepping out of the victim role means ending the cycle of endless venting. The empath stops fueling other people’s drama with their undivided attention, choosing healthy, constructive dialogue instead. The Bottom Line: Stepping out of the victim position doesn’t make an empath cold. On the contrary, it makes them strong. Only when you stop being a target for everyone else’s projections does your empathy transform from a curse into a true superpower. ⚡️ #Empathy #Boundaries #SelfGrowth #EmpathLife #EmotionalIntelligence MentalHealth
