1. Write a one-page “NEW ME IN 2026” script: how you dress, how you act, your habits, standards, and non‑negotiables.
2. Decide 3 identities you’re stepping into (for example: “disciplined”, “magnetic”, “high-value”) and ask daily, “What would that version of me do right now?”
3. Lock in a morning routine (wake time, movement, planning the day, no scrolling first 30–60 minutes).
4. Choose 3 non‑negotiables you do every day (e.g. workout, 30 minutes learning, 10 minutes planning/reflecting) and track them on a habit calendar.
5. Pick a training plan (gym, pilates, running, sport) and commit to 3–5 days a week all year—no “on and off” cycles.
6. Replace doom‑scrolling with “power scrolling”: follow only accounts that teach skills, mindset, money, health—unfollow anything that keeps you stuck.
7. Read or listen to something growth-focused 20–30 minutes a day and keep a notes app/journal where you write 3 takeaways and 1 action.
8. Distance yourself from people, habits, and places that keep you acting like your past self
9. Choose 1–2 high-value skills (e.g. sales, design, coding, content, marketing, public speaking) and give them consistent hours every week.
10. Set a clear money target for 2026 and map how you’ll hit it (new job, side hustle, promotion, business)
11. Decide what you no longer tolerate: bare-minimum effort, unclear situationships, disrespect; write your new standards down.
12. Start matching energy: no over-giving where you’re under-valued; invest more into people who are mutually supportive and stable.
13. Take monthly photos/videos, journal entries, or voice notes so you can literally see how unrecognizable you become over the year.
14. Celebrate small wins out loud—every time you keep a promise to yourself, you’re voting for the new you.
