ANViral challenges can be fun sometimes, right?! 🤸🏼♀️
They wake up the little geeky girl in me that wants to figure out how to do that. 🤓🤭
After seeing this challenge all over my feed, I decided to give it a try, and now I can happily say that I did figure it out!
Tho I modified it, made it more focused on the backbending and did a bit of a Forearm Wheel variation instead of transitioning to Pincha.
No matter which variation you choose to do, you can still use the same tips. 😉

Now, here’s the step by step guide to this challenge:
1. lay flat on your back with your bum ALMOST to the wall, not completely touching it (this will also vary from your ability and depth of your backbend)
2. place both feet on the wall, knees bent and shins parallel to the floor
3. stretch out your arms alongside the ears and with each palm grab the opposite arm above the elbow
4. press the feet firmly into the wall, engage the glutes and lift the hips off the mat
5. tuck in your chin and continue lifting the torso in a reversed way (from the bottom to the top)
6. as you lift, and your arms start slightly rolling, firmly press into the elbows and forearms
7. use the strength of your shoulders to lift the chest and head completely off the mat
‼️ Oh, almost forgot, do these 2 things first!
After quite a few failed attempts, I learned these tricks the hard way 🤭 so be smarter and use them! 👇🏻
Before any of the above steps, make sure to:
1. find a really non slippery foundation! (no wooden floors or tiles) 🙏🏻
2. put your hair away! 😵💫🤭
