The ‘Hurt So Good’ FASCIAL RELEASE ✨ The way my entire body responds to this 🤤 Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around everything. Your muscles, nerves, blood vessels, even your organs. When it’s healthy, it’s hydrated, elastic and responsive. When it gets sticky or restricted from stress, clenching, repetitive movement, emotional holding or simply time, it creates tension patterns in the body. And that tension causes problems. Sticky fascia can restrict circulation and lymph flow, dull sensation, limit movement and keep your nervous system on edge.
