HASt. Moritz @stmoritz feels like stepping into a winter postcard from another era.
The birthplace of Alpine winter tourism. In 1864, hotelier Johannes Badrutt invited his British summer guests to return in winter, promising sunshine and if they didn’t like it, he would pay their travel back. They came, loved it, and winter tourism in the Alps was born.
Soon came the first ski clubs, the legendary Cresta Run skeleton track (1884), bobsleigh races, frozen lakes, elegant grand hotels and the unmistakable glamour of Badrutt’s Palace, watching over the valley for more than a century.
Today St. Moritz still carries that rare mix:
old-world elegance, sport, speed, and a slightly retro feeling that time moves differently here.
Horse races on a frozen lake, skiers carving down sunlit slopes, long lunches that turn into sunset apéros.
Some places are beautiful.
St. Moritz is tradition.

Санкт-Моріц - це ніби зимова листівка з іншої епохи.

І сьогодні Санкт-Моріц зберігає цю особливу атмосферу:
стару європейську елегантність, спорт, швидкість і трохи ретро-настрою, ніби час тут іде повільніше.
Кінні перегони на замерзлому озері, лижі на сонячних схилах, довгі обіди, що плавно переходять у вечірні аперитиви.
