For anyone in Europe wanting to try the Abbey Yung method here are some products that are very similar that you can get here 🥰 the comparison is based off of ingredient lists vs what is available in Europe 💕 I also forgot to include the treatment which is the @lorealparis bond repair treatment For reference I have never tried the actual full Abbey Yung method, so I can’t vouch for it, and the products I am showing here are products, for the most part, I have used on an individual basis but not as one full routine, so I will be testing the full routine together over the next few weeks (using the dove shampoo and conditioner as I’ve previously tried and tested the L’Oréal already) so stay tuned for results 💕 #howtorepairdamagedhair #abbeyyungmethod original video is by “lucytrigwell” on TT x

IN THE 4C-ABLE FUTURE – EPISODE 2: trying the Abbey Yung method on my 4C hair 💕 I honestly wasn’t sure if this was going to work for me, considering a lot of the products she recommended are usually not marketed toward my hair type, but I’m actually so impressed🥰 Truthfully, this is like a 10–12 step routine, but Abbey makes it super customizable and gives recommendations so you can pick and choose products based on your hair characteristics! Speaking of that — through trying this routine, I’ve realized hair is hair! Yes, my hair may be more coily, but structurally hair is comprised of the same building blocks, so I’ll definitely build my routine around my hair characteristics (fine & low porosity) as opposed to just texture!💕 Let me know if you try this routine too!
