POV: you want abs in 2026… train your core like it matters. Not random crunch marathons. Not “quick ab burn” chaos. Intentional + weighted + consistent. Also: your abs are a muscle. So if you want them to grow and show… you should be training them with weights like every other muscle. Here are 3 moves I swear by: 1) Weighted bear plank raises → deep core strength + control (aka the foundation) 2) Side plank + dumbbell reach → obliques + stability (this one HUMBLES you) 3) Weighted reverse crunch → lower abs without using momentum Do this 2–3x/week, keep it slow, and increase the weight over time.
