It remains soft for upto 5 days. 🥖Subway Sandwich Bread Recipe 🌿 115g Water 🌿 15g Milk 🌿 20g Honey 🌿 10g Active Dry Yeast Let the yeast bloom. It will take about 5 minutes. 🌿 4g Salt 🌿 20g Oil 🌿 145g All Purpose Flour 🌿 50g Whole Wheat Flour Add the above ingredients and knead till the dough passes window pane test. First proofing: Rest the bread dough at warm place until doubled in volume. Second Proofing : After shaping the bread 🥖 , proof for about 20-25 minutes at warm place. Spray water, Sprinkle mix of white sesame, black sesame and oats. Score the bread just as shown and Bake. If you want Recipe in Cups and spoons then Comment “CUPS”. Easy to make, absolutely delicious and the PERFECT base for your favorite fillings! Don’t forget to save this recipe in the RECIME App! It has made my recipe organisation so much easier! 🥹 | AD Ingredients • 4½ cups (560g) flour • 1 tbsp instant yeast • 1½ tsp salt • 3 tbsp oil • 2 tbsp melted butter • 1½ cups (350ml) lukewarm milk • 1 tbsp honey (15g) • In a bowl, whisk together flour, yeast & salt. • In another bowl, mix oil, melted butter, milk & honey. • Add dry to wet and mix until a dough forms. • Knead by hand for 10 mins or in a mixer until smooth, elastic & no longer sticking to bowl. • Cover with a damp towel & let rise 1–1.5 hrs or until doubled. • Punch down dough, transfer to floured surface. • Divide into 5 equal pieces (~200g each). • Flatten each into a circle, roll into a log & seal edges. • Roll logs to 8” length & place seam-side down on lined tray. • Brush with milk & sprinkle parmesan, herbs or seeds. • Score tops with a sharp knife. • Cover with a cloth and let proof again for 30 mins until puffy. • Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–15 mins until golden. • Let cool slightly & enjoy! #subwaysandwichrecipe #subwaybreadrecipe #parmesanandherbbread Subway sandwich bread recipe easy subway style bread rolls rexipe parmesan and herb bread rolls recipe seasame sandwich bread recipe easy bread rolls recipe

Subway Copycat Italian Herbs and Cheese Ingredients 3 c warm water 4 tbsp @fleischmannsyeast active dry yeast 1/4c sugar 1/3c oil 1 tbsp salt 2 eggs 1/3 c instant mashed potato flakes 7 1/2 c bread flour 1 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp parsley 2 tbsp Parmesan Shredded cheese for topping Instructions Whisk water, yeast and sugar. Set aside to bloom. Whisk in oil, salt, eggs. Fold in flour and potato flakes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Cut in to 4 pieces, and then those in half. Each section should be 10 oz for a foot long. Pat and roll in to a 12 inch log. Spray tops with water, and dredge in herb blend (oregano, garlic powder, parsley, Parmesan). Place in silicone mat and score 3x. No Yeast, One Bowl Sandwich Bread: Just one bowl and few ingredients is all you need to make soft and fluffy sandwich bread Milk: 3/4 cup Vinegar: 1 tsp Mix both and rest for 5 minutes Than add Curd: 1/2 cup Baking powder: 1 tsp Baking soda: 1/8 tsp Oil: 2 tbsp Sugar: 3 tsp And again rest for 10 minutes Than add Whole wheat flour: 1 cup All purpose flour: 1 cup Milk powder: 5 tbsp Mix well Than add approx 1/4 cup milk to make a smooth and sticky batter and mix it using cut and fold method so that no lumps are formed Than add 1 and 1/2 tsp eno 1 tsp milk on eno to activate it And mix well Pour the batter in a greased bread tin and sprinkle oats on top and bake in a preheated oven @180 degress centigrade for 35-40 minutes or till toothpick comes clear Once baked cover it with wet cotton cloth and unmould it after 1 hour and slice it once it cools completely Delicious and soft bread is ready No yeast bread recipe, easy no yeast bread, jain bread

How to freeze the Best Ever Sandwich Bread Dough— My sandwich loaf makes 2 loaves of bread, and for some, that’s just too much.. this is how to store it for later! Roll and tuck your dough into a tight ball Wrap tightly in Saran Wrap -try for the best air tight seal you can. Label. Freeze. To thaw- Remove from freezer and place in fridge overnight. Remove from fridge, and allow to come to room temperature before peeling away Saran wrap. At this point you can turn it into buns, bread or rolls! Allow to rise at room temp until double in size. (This may take longer than 1 hour depending on the temperature of your dough) Bake as directed! This will keep in the freezer for a few months! Bread Recipe Enjoy!! 1/4 cup milk 1 1/3 cups water 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4 sup softened butter 4 1/4 cups flour Combine milk, water, yeast and sugar. Let rest 10 minutes. (You’re looking for bubbles and foam, if this doesn’t happen, your yeast is dead. 😵) -1/4 cup milk, 1 1/3 cup water, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar- To the yeast mixture add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. -2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 4 1/4 cup flour Knead for 10 minutes, or until you have a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface, divide your dough into 2 portions Knead and tuck into your greased bread pan. Rise, until doubled in size Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes. I have made at LEAST a double, if not a triple batch for the last 4 weeks, sometimes throwing in a midweek batch. 🤣 (My coworkers are very happy😆) This is the simplest, fool proof recipe. *** Sandwich Bread 1/4 cup milk 1 1/3 cups water 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 egg 1/4 sup softened butter 4 1/4 cups flour Combine milk, water, yeast and sugar. Let rest 10 minutes. (You’re looking for bubbles and foam, if this doesn’t happen, your yeast is dead. 😵) -1/4 cup milk, 1 1/3 cup water, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar- To the yeast mixture add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. -2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 4 1/4 cup flour Knead for 10 minutes, or until you have a soft, smooth dough. (This prevents the bread from being squished!) I’m so excited to share this recipe with you. I’ve been perfecting it for weeks. Feeding my family and friends. And they’re not sick of it yet! It’s linked in my bio or comment SEND and we can dm you the link. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re intimidated by making yeast bread, this recipe holds your hand through the process! ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -1 cup (240ml) water, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -1/4 cup (60ml) milk, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -2 1/4 tsp (7g) instant or active dry yeast -2 Tbsp (25g) sugar -4 Tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, softened -1 and 1/2 tsp salt -3 and 1/3 cups (about 420–430g) all-purpose flour or bread flour, plus more as needed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whisk water, milk, yeast, and sugar in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Cover and sit for 5 minutes or until foamy. Add butter, salt, and 1 cup (125-130g) flour. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add another cup of flour. Beat on medium speed until incorporated (there may still be chunks of butter). Add the remaining flour and beat on medium until the dough comes together and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. If you do not own a mixer, you can mix this dough with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Keep the dough in the mixer and beat for an additional 5–8 minutes, or knead by hand. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 32-36 minutes. It’s done when an instant-read thermometer reads the center as 195–200°F (90–93°C). Cool before slicing.

These turned out so good and I will definitely be making them again! 🥪😋 1 cup warm water 1 packet of active dry yeast 1 tbs honey or sugar 3 cups of flour ( I added a little more when it was mixing) 2 tsp salt 1 egg 2 tbs olive oil Mix your yeast warm water and honey or sugar and let it bloom for 10 min. Mix all ingredients and knead for 10 min or until you get a smooth dough ball. Cover and let your dough rise for 1 hour. I put mine in the oven with only the light on. Cut into 4 even pieces then roll out into a rectangle and roll the sides in then tuck the ends to get a sub shape. Put on parchment paper cover and let these rise for 30 mins. Then brush with olive oil and add whatever seasonings and cheese you want! Bake at 375 for 15 minutes and enjoy! #BreadBaking #baking
