Most AI lip sync looks fake.
So I built a workflow inside weavy that does it all for you.
Here’s the breakdown:
STEP 1: CHARACTER GENERATION
Tool: @higgsfield.ai
Why: Provides realistic looking characters as they’re trained on certain models. I have other methodologies to character building but this is a good way to start. You simply describe the character (gender, age, hair color, style) and it generates a realistic base image. This is your foundation. I’ve built out the prompt inside so it’s all quick and easy for you.
STEP 2: SKIN TEXTURE
Tool: Enhancor
Why: AI-generated faces have plastic, fake-looking skin. Enhancor adds real skin texture, pores, detail. If the skin looks fake, the whole thing’s dead. This makes it photorealistic. You need a good base image before video.
STEP 3: LIP SYNC ANIMATION
Tool: VEO 3.1 @googlegemini
Why: VEO handles lip sync automatically when you format it right. Put quotes around dialogue: “Hey, how’s it going?” followed by the action: leans forward, smiling. Include accent in the prompt for consistency. VEO generates the animation with natural mouth movement.
STEP 4: UPSCALE
Tool: Topaz/Real-ESRGAN video @topazlabs
Why: Final polish. Sharpens details, removes artifacts, brings it to full quality.
