✨ I like this particular AI tool because I find it to be the most user friendly way I’ve interacted with AI. Specifically, it’s AI Assistant can be personalized and they’ll remember your personal context.
For example, now that I’ve told mine I prefer high protein meals for two, you can bet the next time I ask for a recipe they’ll remember my preferences when making a suggestion. Similarly if you were to say you were interested in museums in one chat and later plan a trip to Paris, expect tips on the city’s best museums.

MAI will never stop recommending making snack boxes for lunch as one of the easiest ways to more protein or just eat healthier in general.
Honestly I find one of the most difficult parts about eating more protein is figuring what to even make! Lately I’ve been using @yousearchengine , a personalized AI assistant, to give me ideas for high protein snacks to add to my snack boxes and it has been a game changer! It’s also super helpful if you have specific dietary needs. For example I also asked for vegan high protein snack options and it gives a whole list to choose from!
