KAWelcome to episode 1 of “Almost 30”, series where I try to turn my life around before I turn 30.
It took all the guts I had to post this video. I was so terrified of what will people thinks bd whether or not they will like it.
Honestly, 20-s are kicking me in the ass so hard that I am unsure if I can take it any longer (I can and I will).
Couple of days ago I was talking with my therapist and my main problem was that I feel tired and unmotivated. And he tried to explain to me that I just need to find good things in my life, make my goals a little less and I will be fine. But when I actually explained him EVERYTHING that is going on in my life, he was like:
“Girl, I don’t know, but like… you are fucked for real” 🙃 So… did I enter a new lever where even a therapist can’t help me?
Anyways, I want to help myself. And I know there are a lot of people like me, overachievers, who are terrified of entering 30 without any significant achievements and without anything to remember this “best time of our lives”.
That’s why I decided to create this series. I want to change my life before I hit such a big milestone of turning 30. I want to achieve things I thought I would achieve and most importantly I want to have fun. Do you know when was the last time I did something exciting that is not laying on the couch and watching TV shows? I can’t even remember.
So… to the new me, new you and this new series that hopefully will change my life.
