20 minute FULL BODY AMRAP : bringin’ the heat! 🔥 SAVE, TAG A FRIEND BELOW, and give it a try! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. This workout is not for the faint of heart. 😝We have three weeks until our May challenge with my @wilma team begins. I’ll be starting to drop more details next week, but you’re going to want to be there training with us each week! I’ll be throwing an AMRAP (or two!) into our challenge very similar to this and it’s going to be killer! AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible in the allotted time. 20 minutes on the clock and you’ll see how many rounds you can get through. You don’t think 20 minutes will be hard until you try a workout AMRAP style. Pace yourself and don’t compare your AMRAP rounds with anyone else! That’s my biggest tip: it’s just you against the clock, baby! For beginners, drop this time to 10 minutes and use the modifications in my stories. For advanced: 20 minutes, all out! 1️⃣8 Plank burpees to snatch 2️⃣8 DB Slides 3️⃣8 DB squats 4️⃣30 seconds high knees or jog in place *this is your rest haha 😆 I’m mean… enjoy! 5️⃣6 Push-ups to double DB snatch 6️⃣8 Ninjas (yes, I’m calling them Ninjas… because you’ll feel like one when you’re doing these 🥷 ) To my @wilma crew… I’m SOOO stoked for our challenge. In the mean time, here’s a fun + FREE new AMRAP protocol to try. It’s 18 minutes, 3 blocks, 3 different time periods, and FULL BODY. You in?? •• Tag a friend(s) to do it with you, share it, save it, and ENJOY. By enjoy, I mean…. You might have a couple “wtf Danielle” moments but feel like a badass doing it. •• As a reminder….AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible in the allotted time. You have three blocks with 2 exercises each on this one. Each block has different time periods. Tienes que hacer las máximas repeticiones de cada ejercicio en 30 segundos🤓. 1. Jumping jack’s 2. Power snatch con parada 3. Sentadilla con salto 4. Sentadilla + curl 5. Skipping 6.
