One oven roasted onion 4. 10 cloves of garlic, oven roasted 5. 1 teaspoon salt 6. Half a jalapeño diced Bruschetta: 1. One container of cherry tomatoes, diced, or any tomato about one and a half cups 2. Olive oil enough to mix in a bit extra 3. Half a jalapeño diced 4. 1/4 cup of parsley, diced 5. Salt and chili flakes to taste 6. 2-3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese 1. Oven roast your garlic and onion with a bit of salt and olive oil about 30 minutes in the oven at 375 F degrees 2. Dyer. Onions, jalapeño parsley, mixed together with olive oil, salt, and chili flakes . 3. Blend together, soften cream cheese, Greek yogurt, jalapeño , roasted onion, and garlic, salt. 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture in a bowl and top with bruschetta. 5. Serve with crostini or crackers or any soft bread!
