Pose 1: Gomukhasna It is a seated yoga pose which targets the shoulders, chest, and hips. Using a strap can assist in improving shoulder mobility by bridging the gap between the hands and gradually working towards the full pose. Pose 2: Hastuttanasana It stretches the entire body, particularly the spine, shoulders, and arms. Each practitioner can adjust the extent of the backbend according to their own body’s capabilities Pose 3: Padhastasna It is a yoga pose to stretch the hamstrings.
