You can also try negatives or use assistance. 2️⃣ Inverted Row / Bent-knee Inverted Row - 4 x 12-15 👉 Bending your knees makes it less challenging. 3️⃣ Lateral Flys - 4 x 15 👉 Those last few reps were tough 🥵 4️⃣ Cable Tricep Push-down - 4 x 15 ✅ Save to try later! #BackAndArms #UpperBodyWorkout #BeginnerWorkout #StrengthTraining
