THUpdate: I thought it would be nice to share another piece of my Assemblage Art that was purchased last November. This type of art is one of my most favorite to create and I'm excited to start on a commissioned piece of approximately this size but in a horizontal format. I will be working on that soon and will post about it along the way. Thank you so much for your kind words about this piece and my art. I feel every single one and it means more than you know. ❤️
I am very proud of this piece and enjoyed every minute of hunting and gathering all the parts and then putting it all together. I tried not to cut or alter anything, fitting the pieces together while also managing the color balance and flow of the pieces and parts. I harvested from sewing machines, guitars, pump organs, games, machines, toys and so much more. The lamp is hanging from an antique industrial sewing machine bobbin winder and love how the light casts a warm glow on everything.
