Slide a block underneath! 🤓 Notes for fellow body nerds: 1. Hip Flexors need stretching AND strengthening for proper mobility, posture & athletic performance. 2. Lots of people assume that a ‘hip flexor’ is just one thing — but hip flexors are a GROUP of muscles at the front of your hips that you use when you: bend your knees, forward fold, walk, run, climb, kick… 3.
