🌿 ZEYTİNLİBOĞAZ AZOLLA ÜRETİM SİSTEMİ Çiftlikte tavuklarımız için dışa bağımlılığı azaltan küçük ama etkili bir protein döngüsü kuruyoruz9. Bu sistemde: ☀️ Güneş enerjisi 💧 12V DC su pompası ile yavaş su devri 🌱 4 adet azolla havuzu (toplam 24 m²) kullanarak günde yaklaşık 4–6 kg taze azolla üretebiliyoruz. Azolla nedir? Azolla, su yüzeyinde yaşayan çok küçük bir su eğrelti otudur. Yapraklarının içinde yaşayan simbiyotik bakteriler sayesinde havadaki azotu bağlayabilir ve çok hızlı çoğalır. Protein oranı yüksek olduğu için dünyada özellikle tavuk, ördek, balık ve diğer hayvanların yemine destek olarak kullanılır. Uygun koşullarda 3–5 gün içinde iki katına çıkabilen en hızlı büyüyen bitkilerden biridir. Hasat edilen azolla, serbest gezen tavuklarımızın yemine destek olarak veriliyor. Besin dengesini korumak için sistemde: • Solucan gübresi çayı • Kemik külü • Su seviyesini ve mineral dengesini koruyan devir-daim sistemi kullanılıyor.
