Back roll ✨Step by step guide ❕Note: I’m not a professional. This might not be the ideal approach for everyone when it comes to learning a backwards roll. If you have any doubts or lack confidence, I advise you to seek a spotter, assistance, or consider taking classes. How to backwards roll: Step 1: Squat down into beginning position. Step 2: Roll backwards and place your hands next to your ears. Chin has to be tucked. Step 3: Roll backwards and while you place your hands on the ground, extend then legs. Step 4: Once you extend legs, try to push off with your arms Step 5: All together but now push heavily upwards with your arms so you make a roll. Make sure to keep your chin tucked.
