This easy homemade bread uses just 5 ingredients, comes together quickly, and tastes way better than anything from the store. Ingredients • 3 cups flour (360 g) • 2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml) • 1¼ cups warm water (300 ml) • 2 tsp active dry yeast (7 g) • 1½ tsp salt (9 g) Instructions 1. Combine the warm water and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. 2. Add flour, yeast, and salt. Stir until a dough comes together. 3. Stretch, fold, and shape into a smooth ball. 4. Cover with a towel and let rise for 1–2 hours, until doubled. For faster rising, place in a warm cabinet or other dark spot. 5. Transfer to parchment paper, dust with flour, and shape for a loaf pan. 6. Score the top with a knife and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, until golden. 7. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm

No-Knead Artisan Bread 🥖 Baking & bread making Ingredients 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp active dry yeast 1 1/2 cups warm water Instructions • In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and active dry yeast until well combined. • Add the warm water and mix with a wooden spoon or baking spatula until a sticky dough forms. • Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough sit at room temperature for 6 hours. • Dust your countertop with flour. Transfer the dough to the counter and fold it gently until it forms a cohesive ball. • Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper. Shape or cut the dough as desired and transfer it to a Dutch oven. Cover with the lid. • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the bread in the Dutch oven with the lid on for 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes to develop a golden crust. • Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving. cheesy garlic brioche🧀🧄🍞 Ingredients: 100ml warm milk 15g granulated sugar 3g instant dry yeast 1 large egg 250g all purpose flour + extra 1-2 tbsp if still sticky 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp basil 1/8 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp garlic powder 50g unsalted butter, softened Garlic butter filling: 75g unsalted butter, softened Half clove garlic, minced 1/8 tsp basil 1/8 tsp oregano Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp parsley Mozzarella cheese Parsley for toppings Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir until the yeast dissolves, then add the egg and mix well. 2. Add the flour,salt, basil, oregano and garlic powder, then mix until a shaggy dough forms. 3. Gradually knead in the softened butter until the dough becomes smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes by hand or 5–6 minutes using a stand mixer). 4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. 5. Prepare the garlic butter filling: In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, salt, basil, oregano, parsley, and minced garlic. Transfer to a piping bag (optional). 6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 6 portions (75g each) and shape each into a ball. 7. Roll out each ball into a rectangle. Pipe the garlic butter filling down the center and spread using spatula. (You can also spread the filling directly without using a piping bag.) 8. Add 2–3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese over the filling, then fold the dough over to enclose it. Seal the edges tightly. 9. Using a knife, cut the bottom part of the dough into thin strips, then wrap toward the top to form a braided effect. Pinch both ends to keep the filling sealed. 10. Arrange the rolls on a lined baking pan, cover, and let them rise again for 30–45 minutes, or until puffy. 11. Brush the tops with egg wash, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 18–20 minutes, or until golden. 12. Melt any leftover garlic butter filling and brush it over the warm rolls. This recipe uses a unique cooking method which make the bread EXTRA SOFT & amazing Here is the recipe - This will make 12 medium sized pavs or 28 miniature ones like mine. 2 cups all purpose flour (250 grams) 3/4th cup + 2 tbsp Water (180 to 190 ml) 1 tsp salt 4 tsp softened butter 1 tbsp milk powder 1 & 1/2 tsp Dry Yeast (I used @urbanplatter.in & it is the best that I have used in India) 1 & 1/2 tsp sugar Milk & 1/2 tsp sugar for brushing on top butter for brushing Oil, for greasing For Tangzhong Roux - Combine 2 tbsp Flour & 5 tbsp water from the measured quantity & cook. Bake at 190 degrees C for 15 to 16 mins. Top & bottom heating to be on. Pre heating is a MUST ! 🌟Vishesh Tippani Here are few Key Steps for Bread Making. Some commonly ask questions: “Where do I get the perforated baking trays for my speed rack?” I get them from a local kitchen equipment store @gorkasfoodequipment after my good friend @crustycravingsbyhannah introduced me to the place! I tried finding a link to share but they currently don’t have them available on their website. However they told me they will ship them so if you are interested in purchasing those trays you can contact them directly through their instagram or call them at 239-877-4304 to place an order. They did tell me they are currently having a big sale- Each tray is currently $20. This isn’t an ad, just a local business I love full of good people and I honestly have no idea how I operated before without those perforated trays. Especially for my smaller items like cookies! (They also have a lot of other amazing items on their site available for shipping.) “Do I recommend the Estella bread slicer?” Sadly no. While I got a good deal on mine (I got one at a discount for $1280 from Webstaurant because it had cosmetic damage) the prices soon skyrocketed from tariffs after I purchased and last I checked they are $2000 🫠 this is a real bummer considering they only do one size. Mine is 3/4” slice. I also hate that I can’t do artisan loaves. Even when totally cooled they gunk up the blades badly making it much harder to clean and also tearing other loaves that go through the slicer after. When I purchased the slicer I thought it would be able to handle regular artisan loaves but it really can only do sandwhich or brioche style loaves that have a softer crust & crumb. The vevor is a much cheaper brand that does the same thing. Ultimately, I recommend looking for a used bread slicer via FB marketplace or restaurant supply stores because I have heard vevor can be unreliable. I hope that helped answer some questions!
