Dopamine Reset Excess dopamine decreases focus. Here’s how to fix it: • Turn off notifications • Swap Netflix for a hobby • Limit screen time • Meditate • Walk in nature • Breathwork Doing these will reduce impulsiveness and increase your mental well-being. 3. Key Priority Tasks Want the satisfying feeling of making daily progress? At the start of each day: • Write down 3 important tasks. • Focus on nothing else until they’re completed This will eliminate shiny object syndrome. 4. Uber Eats Everything My hourly rate is $3000/hr. So I “Uber Eats” tasks that are not worth my time. When your hourly rate reaches above $50-$100/hr. Start hiring out tasks that are below it. 5. Use Blockers on Phone and Mac Social media is ruining your attention span. Limit screen time with these apps: • Onesec (delays social apps) • Freedom (blocks apps and websites) • Space (manage screen time) Or you can just delete all distracting apps completely.

Think of yourself as an energy generator We wrongly assume we’re like batteries that drain throughout the day. In reality, some tasks drain you while others fuel you. For me, it’s sports. I always end up with more energy than I started. Time this right, and you’ll have energy to keep working. 2. Schedule social media time I’ve done this for four years. Scheduling makes your social media usage intentional. Having a designated guilt-free scrolling time means I can block apps the rest of the day, knowing I can use them later. 3. Build a wind-down routine Sleep is crucial for consistent productivity. My routine is 15 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of reading. This shifts my mind into rest mode for better sleep and more energy the next day, so I can stay consistent with my productivity. #productivity #personaldevelopment #procrastination

My top 5 productivity tips 👇 1. Sleep 😴 focusing on getting good quality sleep is super important. I aim for 6-8 hours per night as sometimes that’s all I can manage if I’m working long hours. Earplugs, eyemask, a cool room, and magnesium supplements help a lot. 2. Exercise 🏃‍♂️ whether it’s a lift, a run, or a walk, doing some form of exercise helps my body regulate stress, fatigue, emotions, and generally just makes me feel good. 3. Nutrition 🥩 I try to eat a relatively clean, high-protein diet and avoid really starchy carbs at lunch time as I don’t like feeling bloated and full in the afternoons. Hydration is also super important!! 4. Caffeine ☕️ I got off caffeine this year and I’ve felt a material difference to my energy levels. I only drink decaf, and my body doesn’t feel reliant on coffee to feel energised and I avoid the afternoon crash. 5. Breaks 🚶🏽‍♂️I like to get away from my desk as much as possible so that I can reset my body and mind, particularly if I’m pulling long hours. Bonus 🎧: noise cancelling headphones are a game changer in the office. I throw on my favourite playlists and block out the world when I need to lock in.
