SAQuick demo of the Stedox beam puller in action. In this situation it is absolute overkill. I could have used a quick grip clamp or even just pulled the plates together by hand, but this is a good way to show how the tool actually works.
If you ever find yourself needing that little bit of extra pressure to bring plates tight, this thing comes in clutch every time. It is especially handy on prefab frames where a stud might be overhanging the plate or sitting a touch proud. Instead of doing any rectification you can just use the puller and bring it together clean and move on.
