Sweet and Spicy Oven Beef Jerky. This high protein snack is perfect for on the go and can be stored in an airtight container up to one month. You can substitute regular honey with keto honey if on a low carb diet. Nutrition per slice: (Using regular honey) 85 calories, 10g protein, 5 net carbs, 2.8g fat (Using keto honey) 73 calories, 10g protein, 0 net carbs, 2.8g fat Ingredients: 2lbs flank steak, sliced thin (1/8th inch thick) 1/2 cup sriracha 1/2 cup honey (or keto honey) 2 tsp garlic salt 30-35 wooden toothpicks Directions: Combine all ingredients and marinade for four hours. Place a toothpick through the top of each slice. Place a foil line sheet pan on the bottom rack of your oven to catch dripping. Place the toothpicks up and over the top rack, leaving space in between each slice of beef. Bake in a 170° oven with the door slightly open to allow air to vent. Once your jerky is firm, but still slightly pliable, it’s ready. Remove toothpicks and store airtight container for up one month in the pantry or in the fridge for up to 3 months. Tip: Freeze beef for 40 minutes to firm to allow more precise slicing. Enjoy! #homemadejerky #ovenjerky #beefjerky #highproteinsnack #sweetandspicy

Geschmacklich sind keine Grenzen gesetzt, experimentiert gern mit Gewürzen! 😊 Zutaten: * 500 g Schweizer Rinds-Eckstück (à la minute Plätzli) * ca. 6 g Steinsalz * 1 TL Paprika * 1/2 TL schwarzer Pfeffer * 1 EL süsse Chilisauce Zubereitung: 1. Fleisch im 90°-Winkel zur Faser in ca. 4 mm dicke Streifen schneiden. 2. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika und süsser Chilisauce marinieren. 3. Streifen mit ≥2 mm Abstand auf ein Gitter legen. 4. Im Backofen bei 80 °C Umluft ca. 3 Std. backen/trocknen. Viel Spass beim Nachkochen 🎉 #schweizerfleisch #beefjerky #genuss   🇬🇧 Beef jerky — the perfect protein snack for every day. Easy to make at home 👨‍🍳. It keeps in the fridge for up to a week, but it’s usually gone after 24 hours at my place 😄. I love this recipe, feel free to get creative with the flavors! 😊 You’ll need: * 500 g swiss beef rump (à la minute steaks) * about 6 g rock salt * 1 tsp paprika * 1/2 tsp black pepper * 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce Preparation: 1. Slice the meat into ~4 mm strips, cutting at a 90° angle to the grain. 2. Marinate the strips with salt, pepper, paprika and sweet chili sauce. 3. Place the marinated strips on a rack with at least 2 mm between each piece. 4. Bake/dry in the oven at 80 °C (convection) for about 3 hours. Enjoy making it 🎉
