You know, ones that you are “known” for making? They don’t even have to be original…just recipes that you feel so confident making you could do it with your eyes closed? 👀
Every year I like to pick a “basic” to master in the kitchen. Last year it was Dinner Rolls, a few years ago it was Baked Ziti…and this year it’s going to be Chocolate Chip Cookies and Spaghetti with Bolognese. 🍪🍝
(and now these dinner rolls live in Recipe Club and have been made hundreds of times!) 🍞
Why? Because those are the dishes my family asks for most and why not knock them out of the park?!
