MIThis was not my best leg day to say the least. I didn’t sleep much, and I carry an immense amount of pressure that I place on myself.
There’s was a time in space 8 years ago, that I would have dreamed for the moments I experience now. I was just a young girl wanting to create impact of some sort. I used to work out in the middle of the night because that’s the only time my schedule allowed me to. It seems that a whole lot hasn’t changed since then. I still workout late. The moments I once dreamed of, unknowingly carry a lot pressure every single day. I’m trying to wear multiple hats in a day and trying to wear each hat to the best of my ability in that moment. I often times don’t feel like I am doing enough, or even being my best self in moments because each scenario often brings its own beautiful mess of chaos.
I want to highlight something I said ... “I now face the pressure I once dreamed of.” I dreamed of this life and even on my bad days, I still want more. Tim Grover said, “Stress is the pressure we choose not to deal with.”
Sometimes I want to feel sorry for myself in a moment and then all of sudden I snap back into reality. I fought so hard for this, yet I want to feel sorry for myself and act like my life is sooo hard? I’m allowed to feel as we all are. The important take away here is that I bring myself back to reality. I remember that I wasn’t set up for success. I know you probably see me and you may assume I’m a privileged blonde haired white girl. I am. I am also from Detroit. I grew up hearing gun shots in my childhood home. Now don’t get me wrong, I still lived a good life. This isn’t a sob story. I am beyond grateful for my life. I am beyond grateful for what I’ve achieved.
If I have to workout at 11pm at night, oh well. Sometimes I take for granted the moment(s) I’ve worked endlessly for. If I haven’t said it enough, I’m grateful to be here. I’m grateful for you all. I’m grateful for the love and support. I’m grateful. I’ve earned everything I have, and I’m extremely grateful for this life I’m creating. Thank you for being here. xoxo

SOThis is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to share. After selling out our first tour, a sudden health emergency changed everything. We’ve made the tough call to postpone the shows. Daddy Jack goes in for emergency surgery tomorrow. Please send a prayer his way. We’re beyond grateful for every message, every prayer, and every ounce of love you’ve sent. We’ll be back on that stage soon — stronger than ever. We’ll be making another announcement later this week with updates on tickets and merch. Since we’re moving the tour dates to 2026, we don’t have all the details yet — but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.

REIt’s hard to describe with words the experience I lived entering this 2025.
Such a strange perception of time in Bali… such an intense, profound, free, wild, bonding, quiet, purging, joyful, blissful and happy experience.
They say Mama Bali hugs and accepts you or kicks you in the ass… I felt Bali caressed me and hugged me close to it’s heart so I could nest and cocoon there.
The birds, the gekos, the nature, the rain, the sun, the monkeys, the people, the offerings to the Gods, the permanent incense smell, the food, the smiles, the prayings, the good wishes, the ceremonies, the shanga, the early morning mantras…
I felt in home there. I found peace and bliss in my heart.
Beyond grateful to all the people that made this experience possible! Wanna say thanks to all the teachers for all the lessons, all the companionship, the tips and the good vibes. Congratulations to you all for your work and a warm hug from my heart to yours, it was an amazing experience @paucastellsague @aleavolar @livininspired @lifeforce_somatics @itzhakhelman @thaimassageacademy

LYI wanted to take a moment to shout out @ktb16 . From the moment my mom got sick, she drove 3.5 hours south before heading to MS just to shave my mom’s head simply because my mom asked her to. As Katie shaved her head, she also wiped away my mom‘s tears.
A week later when my mom was put in the hospital she drove 10+ hours straight from MS -> TX to be there with us despite me telling her that the Donna (my mom) she knew was gone and I understood if she didn’t want to see her in that condition.
Her response was: “Bitch shut up… I’ll see you at the hospital in the morning”. She arrived the next morning and was there until the bitter end, literally... She was in the room with my dad & I when my mom passed and she personally handled every aspect of my mom’s cremation for me.
A month later we started harvesting. She moved in with me for an entire month. She worked 6 days a week at my family’s grainery. On her only day off she spent the entire day cooking for my dad & I; preparing meals for the entire week so we were fed while harvesting.
Not only did she ensure my dad & I were fed morning, noon, & night, 7 days a week for over a month… she helped feed, water, & love on my critters every day on top of working 12-15 hour days at the grainery.
Not to mention she was there providing emotional support while we were grieving on top of her own grief. Her & my mom were close. Even though they only knew each other for 5 years… my mom considered her family. Plus my mom was one of those people that you could have one conversation with and she made you feel like you’ve known her a lifetime.
Katie may not be tall enough to ride most rides at an amusement park but what she lacks in height she certainly makes up in ❤️; heart (and attitude 😜) bigger than Texas.
I’m beyond grateful for this little ankle biter. I certainly could not have done it without you. Love you turd.
**And I’d say that should about sum up my “nice” sentiments until around 2027. Whew 😅… can’t believe there’s people that do this sh*t everyday 🤣🤣🤣.
