4-ingredient biscoff lasagne 😍 This was my top recipe of 2025! Layers of Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread and Biscoff whipped cream 💖 Full recipe below & on my website fitwafflekitchen 😃 (this recipe is also in my first book Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy 🫶) All you need is: 200g biscoff spread 400ml cold double cream 50g icing sugar 25 biscoff biscuits (you may need more or less depending on your dish) For the topping: 50g biscoff spread, melted 2 crushed biscoff biscuits 1 whole biscoff biscuit Method: 1. Whip the cream, icing sugar & 50g of Biscoff spread to soft peaks 2. Melt 150g of Biscoff spread in microwave until pourable 3. Layer 12 biscoff biscuits in the dish, then drizzle over half the melted biscoff spread 4. Spread on the biscoff whipped cream, then repeat these steps. 5. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread, sprinkle crushed biscuits around the edge and place a whole biscuit in the middle 6. these viral 3 ingredient biscoff stuffed cookies were the perfect late-night sweet treat 🍯🍪 Ingredients: 6 scoops + 1 cup @biscoff creamy cookie butter spread 1 egg 2/3 cup all purpose flour Instructions: On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop 6 dollops of cookie butter and freeze for 30-60 minutes or until firm. In a medium sized bowl, combine 1 cup cookie butter, egg, and flour. Mix well until dough is formed, then separate into 6 pieces. Press each dough piece flat and place 1 frozen cookie butter dollop in the center of each. Form the dough around the dollop to cover each dollop completely and place evenly apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Use a fork to press light divots into dough as shown in video (optional) and allow to set in freezer for 10-15 minutes. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool. Enjoy! 😋

Creamy Lotus Biscoff Dessert 🤎 Save for later ❤️‍🔥 Ingredients: • 300 g cream cheese • 200 ml heavy cream • 20 g sugar • 2–3 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread (mixed into the cream) • Lotus biscuits (crushed for the base) • Extra Biscoff spread for topping Instructions: 1. Crush the biscuits and press into the bottom of your dish. 2. Whip cream cheese, heavy cream and sugar until fluffy. 3. Mix in Biscoff spread. 4. Spread over the base and chill for at least 4 hours. 5. Slightly warm Biscoff spread and pour on top. 6. Decorate with crumbs and a biscuit. Creamy. Soft. Impossible to stop. 🤎 Десерт Lotus Biscoff 🤍 Нежный, кремовый и очень затягивающий… Ингредиенты: • 300 г сливочного сыра • 200 мл сливок 33% • 20 г сахара • 2–3 ст.л. крема Lotus (в крем) • печенье Lotus (для основы) • крем Lotus для верха Приготовление: 1. Lotus Biscoff cheesecake! Base: 300g Lotus Biscoff biscuits (2½ cups crushed) 150g melted butter (⅔ cup) Filling: 500g cream cheese, Philadelphia (2 cups) 250ml heavy whipping cream (1 cup) 180g Lotus Biscoff spread (½ cup + 2 tbsp) 100g powdered sugar (¾ cup) 4g agar agar +120ml whole milk (Optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Optional) Topping 200g Lotus Biscoff spread (¾ cup) 1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, and chill 30 minutes. 2. Whip the cream. Beat cream cheese with sugar, add Lotus spread + vanilla. 3. Boil milk with agar-agar for 1–2 minutes, then mix into the filling. Add the whipping cream previously whipped. Pour over the base and chill at least 6 hours. 4. Warm the Lotus spread, pour over the cheesecake and chill 30 minutes before serving. #biscoff #lotus #cheesecake #yummy #food
