3-Way Chocolate Moringa Laddoos Day -4 : 7 Days, 7 Nutri Bite- Kids Special Series These Chocolate Laddus come in not one… but 3 fun ways – perfect for snack time! 🎉 Made with almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, chia, dates, and a little cocoa – they’re a sneaky, yummy way to get kids to eat their nuts and seeds. Trust me, they won’t even notice 😉 Whether your kid needs a lunchbox treat, or you need a quick pre/post-workout bite, or even a light snack after work – these laddus are tiny but mighty with goodness. ✔️ No refined sugar ✔️ 3 delicious variations ✔️ Full of flavor + nutrients Ingredients: • 1/4 cup almonds • 1/4 cup hazelnuts • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder • 1/4 tsp moringa powder and cinnamon powder (/ vanilla each) • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder • 12 soft dates (pitted) • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee • A handful of chocolate chips (optional) • Melted dark chocolate (for coating, optional) Instructions: Finely chop the almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds. Dry roast them in a pan for 1–2 minutes on low heat. Let it cool. Pit the dates and roughly chop them. Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil or ghee in a pan. Add dates and sauté for 1–2 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly, then blend into a smooth paste. In a bowl, combine the chopped nuts and seeds, date paste, cocoa powder, moringa powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla, and dry ginger powder. Mix well to form a sticky mixture.Make a balls. Plain: Roll the mixture into small balls – classic nut-date bites. Choco-Chip: Add a few chocolate chips into the mixture before shaping into balls. Chocolate-Coated: Dip the plain nut-date balls into melted chocolate and let them set on parchment paper. Tips: • Store in an airtight container. And even if you haven’t tried that out, you should make THIS because these choco bites are equally crunchy and tasty! 🍫 Crispy ChocoBites Recipe (8 kcal per bite | 317 kcal total for 40 pieces | C: 44g F: 17g P: 3g) Ingredients (makes ~40 bites): • 2 large rice paper sheets (~18 g total) • 45 g dark chocolate • Oil spray (optional) Instructions: 1. Dip two rice papers in water and place them one on top of the other on a chopping board. 2. Using a sharp knife, cut them into small squares (you can get at least 40 good ones). 3. Spread the squares evenly on your air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil (optional). 4. Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes, or until they puff up and turn crispy. 5. Melt your dark chocolate until smooth. 6. Dip each crispy square halfway or fully into the melted chocolate. 7. Let them set on parchment paper, optionally sprinkle with salt and set this until the chocolate hardens (put mine into the freezer for 10 minutes). 8. Prepare the Semolina: - In a Mixer Jar, add a cup of Semolina and grind to fine powder 2. Prepare the Dough: - In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered semolina, salt. - Gradually add water, a little at a time, and mix well. Continue adding water until a smooth dough forms. The dough should not be too sticky. 3. Shape the Heart Bites: - Once the dough is ready, take small portions and shape them into small hearts using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. If you don’t have a cutter, you can roll them into small balls and press them gently to form a shape of your choice. 4.
