SA🚨 My Worst Experience with Blinkit – Please Read
I placed an order worth ₹15,300 on Blinkit @blinkitstores Since orders above ₹2000 require full prepaid payment, I had no option but to pay the entire amount upfront.
What I received?
👉 An EMPTY BOX.
At the doorstep itself, I pointed out the issue. Instead of resolving it, I was told to:
Share the OTP
Raise the complaint on the app
Wait for support
Trusting their process, I did exactly that.
It has now been 14+ days, and despite:
✔ Sharing all proofs
✔ Multiple follow-ups
✔ Full cooperation
The only response I get is:
👉 “Sorry, we can’t do anything in this case.”
So basically:
They took ₹15,300,
Delivered nothing,
And are now refusing to refund.
After looking online, I found many similar cases, especially with high-value orders. That’s what makes this even more concerning.
This is not just about money anymore —
it’s about trust, accountability, and customer rights.
⚠️ Please be careful:
Avoid high-value prepaid orders
Record unboxing at delivery
Don’t share OTP unless fully satisfied
I’m still fighting for my money, but I won’t stay silent.
