Let me know in the comments ⬇️ While I’m sure this came from a good place at the time, this rule has largely impaired the ability to listen to your own internal cues. Instead of relying on your body to do what it was literally intended to do, we now how to rely on an external person to decide how much is “right” for You! So how do you break this engrained behavior?? 1. Take breaks throughout your meal to pay attention to what your body is telling you 2. Eat without distractions (while working or in front of the tv etc) 3.
