Full body workout in just 45 minutes doing 3 rounds of 8 stations with increased intensity each time. I’m bringing the great tunes along to help motivate you through even more 🎶 Come and join our Bootcamp class at Fiitzone gym in Hove Monday 7:30pm (Basin Road, close to boundary road) This is a circuit based training class with 8 exercises done for 3 rounds.
