This one targets the Asymmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex (ATNR) — also known as the “archer reflex.” If the ATNR stays active past early childhood, it can make school harder because it affects: ➡️ Hand-eye coordination ➡️ Reading & handwriting ➡️ Crossing midline ➡️ Focus & attention ➡️ Emotional regulation ➡️ Balance & posture (P.S.Comment "INFO" for a free guide full of other useful exercises!)
