💪 High-Protein No Bread Sandwich ✅ Comment TOASTER to get the link of the toaster. 💪 Nutrition: 👉 ~270 kcal 👉 ~17 g protein per sandwich ✅ High protein ✅ Good fibre (besan + veggies) ✅ No maida ✅ Very filling 📋 Ingredients: * Onion (chopped) – ¼ cup * ⁠Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ cup * ⁠Carrot (chopped) – ¼ cup * ⁠Sweet corn – ¼ cup * ⁠Green chillies – 2–3 * ⁠Fresh coriander – a handful * ⁠Paneer – 180 g * ⁠Gram flour (besan) – ½ cup * ⁠Chaat masala – ½ tsp * ⁠Black pepper powder – ½ tsp * ⁠Salt – 1 tsp or to taste * ⁠Curd – 2 tbsp * ⁠Water – ½ cup or as needed to adjust consistency 👩‍🍳 Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl, add onion, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, green chillies, fresh coriander, and paneer. Crumble the paneer and mix everything well. 2. Add besan, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, and curd. Mix thoroughly. 3. Gradually add water to adjust the consistency to a thick batter. 4. Pour the batter into a greased sandwich maker or toaster (electric or gas). 5 Cook until both sides turn golden brown and crisp. 6. Ingredients: For the base: - 1 cup Moong Sprouts - 1 cup Spinach - 1/2 cup Oats - 1/2 cup gram flour - 1 Inch Ginger - 4 Garlic cloves - 2 Green Chillies - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 Cup Water Instruction for base: Add everything in the blender and make a fine purée. For the stuffing: - 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped - 1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped - 1/2 cup corn, boiled - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped - 1 cup paneer, grated - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp black Pepper Powder Instruction for stuffing: Add everything in a bowl and mix well. For the cooking sandwich: - 1 tsp oil - 1/4 tsp mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp sesame seeds - Few curry leaves Instruction for sandwich: In a sandwich maker, add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves. Then spread the base purée. Now sprinkle stuffing over the base purée. Finally, spread base purée over the stuffing. And cook the sandwich from both sides until golden. Sandwich is ready. Enjoy!!
