NUTELLA PANCAKES 🤎 We took our Original Eden Recipe and put Nutella in the center. When you cut them, the melted Nutella oozes out. Divine. INGREDIENTS (makes 5 pancakes) ¾ cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (95g) 1 tsp baking powder (4g) ¼ tsp baking soda (1g) 1 ½ tbsp sugar (20g) A pinch of salt 1 egg ⅓ cup Greek yogurt (80g) 3 tbsp milk (40g) 1 tbsp oil (15g) + 5 tsp Nutella HOW TO MAKE – Mix dry ingredients – Mix wet ingredients – Combine the two, mix for 20 seconds – Pour 1 tbsp batter onto the pan – Add 1 tsp Nutella in the center – Cover with ½ tbsp batter – Cook with a lid, 2 minutes per side. Here’s how to make them 👇 Serves: 6 ​Prep time: 15 Minutes Bake time: None Ingredients 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 eggs 2-3/4 cups milk 1/2 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Whisk gently until combined - do not over mix. Preheat a non-stick pan or skillet on medium-low heat. Lightly grease vegetable oil and scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top and the edges are set, flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Serve with maple syrup, butter, fruit, whipped cream, or any toppings of your choice. Simple, comforting, and seriously good. Ingredients (for two potato pancakes): Potatoes – 600 g Flour – 2 tbsp Egg – 1 pc Salt – 1 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Instructions: 1. Peel and wash the potatoes, then grate them using a fine or medium grater. 2. Add the egg, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined. 3. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the pancakes on both sides for 4–5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
