It’s ok, you just fell for the typical industry consumer trick: “Do this for 12 weeks.” “Use this program.” “Transform in 90 days.” And then you’re done… NO. YOU ARE NOT DONE. Until you change the habits you’ve been avoiding your entire life, nothing will sticks. You can force physical change, suffer for 60/90 days, restrict, push, grind… But if your daily behaviors stay the same… your body will go back to what it knows. Physical transformation is one thing. Mental rewiring is something completely different. And one without the other will never work. You want something that lasts? Start here⬇️ 1️⃣ Protein at every main meal 2️⃣ 8-10k steps daily (non-negotiable baseline) 3️⃣ Strength train at least 3x per week 4️⃣ Fixed sleep window (same sleep/wake time) 5️⃣ Track something daily (food, water, weight, training) These are boring, not sexy and these don’t sell.
