The light of our divine being wants to flood every dimension of our life. If we have a place that’s dark and has properties of a shadow, there’s a part of our ego that is generating the suffering, and if we can confront it, release it, and melt it, then the light of our soul can bless every part of life and being.

ON#onthisday, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov passed away, leaving behind a legacy that still greatly influences the world of Torah and modern thought.
In the 18th century, Rebbe Nachman advocated for the individual to forge a personal relationship with the Creator and by doing so through constant and consistent conversation.
A powerful Torah shared by Rebbe Nachman was the importance of dancing. He explains the deep and spiritual impact of blood flow, as it serves as a tool to remind us that we are not defined solely by our bodies. That our most accurate essence is our soul, not the body that holds it. In this time of Sukkot (Time of our Joy), we should take this teaching to heart and dance in pure joy.
Although Rebbe Nachman’s Torah concepts and teachings are considered greatly “ahead of his time”—they are now validated by new-age philosophies on manifestation and the holistic health benefits associated to daily movement.
