SAPart 39 POV: When the
Trespassers try to
work through how
to hide the other
trespassers from
the camera while in front
of the camera.
Instant Booking for 2 people. I sent over our welcome message with our House Rules, stating No Parties, No Smoking inside, and a strict occupancy limit to respect our wonderful neighbors. No response. 🚩
Check-in: The guest showed up with 3 people but no big deal as the house sleeps 18. I reached out again to reiterate the rules. Still no mention of a planned party.
8:00 PM: My cameras started blowing up. 15 unauthorized people swarmed the property. I reached out to the guest, and she claimed she didn't know parties weren't allowed despite the rules I sent. I told her to add the 15 people to the reservation and stated they were at max occupancy with 18.
10:00 PM: Things went to danger. Footage showed 10 more people arriving one of whom brought a loaded AR-15. I was worried about alcohol mixed with a loaded weapon. At this point about 30 more people showed up.
We called the police due to the a loaded firearm mixed with alcohol on-site and i did not want them to get hurt. Surprisingly our neighbors had already called to report drug use and people using their private front lawn as U-turn zone, which is no for his sensitive septic systems.
At 11:30 PM, I called VRBO and they officially terminated the reservation. I told the guest they had to leave by midnight, I was hoping they left without escalation. I went to sleep. In the morning they were still there. I gave two more opportunities to leave 8am and 10am
Unfortunately the Sheriff’s Office had to force an exit at 11am.
We spent hours analyzing the footage, and the numbers are staggering for a 2 person booking:
Peak Simultaneous Occupancy over 100 people
Over 93 different video clips, we saw a constant rotation of people entering and exiting between midnight and 8:00 AM.
Unauthorized Activity: Guns, drugs and parking on my septic tank.

REBusted in the Wrong Hotel Room With No ID 🛎️
A tense scene unfolds when hotel staff and police discover a group of people in a room they didn't pay for, leading to awkward questions, missing friends, and a total lack of identification.
1. The encounter starts with hotel staff at the door: “Sweetie, you gotta leave. No, she didn’t pay. You have to leave right now.”
2. As staff explain police have already been called, the pressure mounts for everyone inside the room to cooperate.
3. It's revealed the guests entered a room via a QR code—a sign they may have used a digital key not assigned to them.
4. One woman tries to explain: “That’s my friend, Brittany… she was going down the bay.” Yet Brittany is nowhere to be found.
5. The staff press further: “So, who are you? Are you Brittany?”—but no one steps forward with proof.
6. When asked for ID, none of the visitors have any documentation.
7. The staff become increasingly frustrated, repeating: "What's your first and last name?" and, to another, "You got your ID on you?”—every time met with silence or evasive answers.
8. One of the men finally speaks up, giving his name as “Deontay,” but still can't provide a driver’s license.
9. With no room booked, no payment, no ID, and no explanation for why they are there, the situation looks increasingly suspicious.
10. Staff and police try to figure out if the guests have any right to be in the room—none do, and the original occupant is nowhere nearby.
11. As a last attempt to gather information, the staff ask everyone’s age—one person jokes, “Nine months,” underscoring the lack of cooperation.
12. The group is ultimately asked to leave, with police on standby if they refuse—a classic case of getting caught somewhere you don’t belong, with no way to prove otherwise.
When you’re in a room you didn’t pay for and can’t prove who you are, there’s only one thing hotel staff want to hear: the sound of you leaving.
