Fix your cable pull throughs👊🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👊🏼A very common technique mistake I see people do when doing cable pull throughs is failing to maintain upper body tension! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍑To be able to optimally load up our posterior chain when doing cable pull throughs we must maintain tension in our upper body! So therefore we can maintain tension in our posterior chain, without our upper body taking on some of the load! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shown above ❌Failing to create and maintain lat and upper back tension ❌Floppy elbows ❌Allowing upper body to take some of the load. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅Create sufficient lat and upper back tension prior to commencing each rep. ✅Maintain that tension created throughout each rep. ✅Arms long and locked ✅Allow posterior chain to do the work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🤗It’s often the most simple technique improvements that we can make that can make a world of difference! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hope this was helpful!💙☺️
