I keep it simple ⛺️ Yes I do - because when camping, space is scarce and the weight loaded onto the trailor / car is precious! Everything has to be light + compact. But really, I just wanted to highlight, that you don't need expensive gear, or fancy gadgets to get started when camping. If you saw all the meals I made in our week camping, then you'll be happy to know they were ALL made on this cook top. I do put a bit of thought into it, when making my meal plan. I think about what would work with my set up? What would be easy? What can be cooked within my restrictions? What requires minimal prep? What uses minimal ingredients to create a decent meal? Etc 😊😊 And that's how I come up with my meal plan for the week. I'd love your thoughts for my next camping trip! ⛺️ Any other ideas on the kind of meals i could make on my simple set up?
