1️⃣ Open a 1080x1350 (4:5) Instagram post size in Canva
2️⃣ Screenshot your Instagram post header and upload it to Canva.
3️⃣ Place the screenshot in the middle of your design
4️⃣ Search “rectangle frame” under Elements and expand it to full page
5️⃣ Drag your image inside the frame and lock it
6️⃣ Add your image again → click Remove Background → enlarge it to create that 3D pop-out effect!

Instead of designing each slide separately, you can build one flowing layout that moves naturarlly as people swipe.
It’s subtle, but it instantly makes your content feel more polished.
Here are the dimensions to create your own:
(Multiply the number of carousel pages by 1080 px.)
2 slides - 2040 x 1350
3 slides - 3240 x 1350
4 slides - 4320 x 1350
5 slides - 5400 x 1350
6 slides - 6480 x 1350
7 slides - 7560 x 1350
or if you want to use the new Instagram size:
